  • stirring spoon

Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
  • 8–10 oz filtered water
  • 1 wedge lemon (optional)
  • 1 tsp raw honey (optional)
  • 1 slice fresh ginger (optional)
  • 2–3 berries (optional)
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional)

Instructions

  • Pour the filtered water into a clean glass.
  • Add 1/4 teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt and stir until it dissolves.
  • Enhance flavor with a squeeze of lemon, a teaspoon of honey, or other variations such as ginger, berries, or apple cider vinegar.
  • Stir gently and drink right away for the best taste and hydration benefits.

Notes

Use only a small pinch of pink salt, as it’s potent in flavor and sodium. Customize with lemon, honey, or flavor boosters like ginger, berries, or apple cider vinegar for variety. Best enjoyed immediately after mixing.
