Ingredients

Scale
  • Lean 90/10 ground beef to cut down on sodium and fat
  • Plain panko breadcrumbs (with only 40 mg of salt per 1/2 cup, unlike regular breadcrumbs with 200-600 mg of salt)
  • No-salt added ketchup (with just 5 mg of sodium per serving, unlike regular ketchup’s 180 mg)

  5. After 40 minutes, add your chosen low-sodium glaze or sauce on top of the meatloaf.
  6. Continue baking for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
